would fail to integrate successfully within the immediate surroundings
contrary to Policy DM10 of the Croydon Local Plan 2018 and the Councils
Supplementary Suburban Design Guide (2019).

outlook for neighbours by reason of its dominant appearance and impact on
the street scene and gardens of neighbouring properties and would thereby
conflict with Policies 3.5 and 7.4 of the London Plan, SP2 and DM10 of the
