Formation of vehicular crossover; external alterations to front driveway
The proposed formation of a crossover, by way of its scale, proximity to a
nearby street tree and lack of supporting evidence would fail to preserve and ensure
the tree's longevity. The construction area of the proposed crossover is at risk of
adversely impacting the root spread of the street tree, inadequate information has
been submitted regarding its retention and protection. As such, this proposal is
contrary to Policy G7 of the London Plan (2021), and Policy 5.10 of the Ealing
Development Management DPD 2013.
