spaces required, the proposed arrangement and site constraints, would not help
remove barriers to cycling and create a healthy environment in which future
occupiers choose to cycle, to the detriment of sustainable transport. As such, the
proposal fails to accord with Policies T4 and T5 of the London Plan (2021) and
West London Cycle Parking Guidance (2017).

the proposed arrangement and site constraints would fail to provide adequate
and easily accessible storage space and collection systems to support recycling
and re-use. As such, it would be contrary to Policies SI 7 and SI 8 of the London
Plan (2021) and Ealing Council's Waste Management Guidelines for Architects and
Developers.
