Amenity), DM19 (General Approach to new Housing Development) DM28
(Managing the Historic Environment), 19 (Housing Growth) of the Local Plan
2015, and policies 24 (Design), 25 (Historic Environment) of the Core Strategy
2010, and policies 7.4 (Local Character), 7.6 (Architecture), 7.8 (Heritage Assets
and Archaeology)of the London Plan 2016 (as amended) and Hackney Council
SPD Residential Extensions and Alterations (2009) and guidance contained
