Delegated decision: Refused · Danny Huber
Why it was refused
Reason
As stated on the decision notice
1
The proposed shopfront alteration appears as an incongruous form of
development which fails to respect the proportions of the glazing and stallriser
and the traditional character of the shopfront, harming the special interest of
the individual Listed Building and the overall group value of Listed Buildings
at 91-105 Worship Street. As such the development is contrary to Policy HC1
(Heritage and Growth) of the London Plan (2021) and Policy LP3 (Designated
Heritage Assets) of the Hackney Local Plan (2020).
