keeping with the form of development in the immediate surrounding area and detract from the character
and appearance of the host site and the surrounding area. As such the proposal would not comply with
Policy D3 of the London Plan (2021) and Policies CS8, DM10 and DM12 of the LDF Core Strategy (2012)
as well as guidance contained within the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames Residential Design
Guide SPD (2013).
