The proposed layout, by virtue of not providing private outdoor amenity space for all residential
units as well as insufficient information has been provided to demonstrate sufficient level of
natural light can be provided for all of the units, would not provide future residents an acceptable
quality of accommodation. The proposal is therefore contrary to:
• The National Planning Policy Framework (DLUHC, December 2023)
• Policies D3 and D6 of the London Plan (GLA, March 2021)
• Policies H.1 and BN.4 of the London Legacy Development Corporation Local Plan
(LLDC, July 2020)
