The CHP will be located within an existing basement plant room and its exhaust will utilise an existing boiler flue rendered redundant by the installation of the CHP. The absorption chiller will be located in a separate, existing basement plant room and be connected in to the existing site hydraulic circuits. The proposed works does not require ANY alteration to the existing external facade or fabric of the building and will not require any plant or equipment to be located outside of the basement plant rooms. All plant will be rated at 70dBA @ 1 metre from the plant.
