The external side wall (left side) is dangerously bowing and is at risk of collapsing. Following an extensive survey (attached) and three independent Grade II brick specialists, I have been advised that the wall needs to be taken down brick by brick and rebuilt. I propose to salvage as many of the original bricks as possible - the salvaged bricks will be cleaned up and numbered so that they are replaced in exactly the same place. Any bricks that are not salvageable will be replaced with the same type of brick - Mixed London Brick stock.
