replacing a damaged wood panel fence with a brick wall. the current existing and damanged fence separates my garden from my neighbours in number 109. They are owners of three dogs who leap at the fence and have already damaged several of the panels which their owners have patched up. However in the recent storms, the wood panels/fence was further damanged by the high winds and the fence either needs to be repaired or, ideally, will be replaced by the proposed brick wall. The advantage of the brick wall is that is will be solid and permanent, will cut out noise from the dogs as well as withstand any assault by the dogs against it. Further, the end of the garden already has a brick wall and the proposed wall is in style and type the same. It would therefore fit with the rest of the garden. No changes are proposed to the exterior of the building itself.
