Application for non-material amendment to planning permission ref: PA/09/02290, Dated:03/03/2010. Non-Material Amendment Sought: This submission is to apply for a new acoustic louvre position within plant room 2 and to slightly adjust the existing approved non-material amendment (PA/14/02871) following information gained in the construction phase of the project. 1. The acoustic louvre to plant room 2 is essential to provide the correct area of air intake to run the plant equipment. The acoustic louvre will fully replace the window + insulated panel in this position (Window ref: 1W5) with no further breaking out required. (Elevation 2) 2. Reversion back to the original insulated panel configuration in consultation rooms 3+4 and 7,8 & 9 due to the way in which the windows have beendesigned / constructed meaning that we are not able to simply reposition things without breaking the existing windows. (Elevations 2 & 4 + 5) 3. To keep the glass configuration to corridor 2 as existing due to window design / construction, see above. (Elevation 3) 4. The adjusted position of the approved acoustic louvre to Plant room 1 (Elevation 2). To minimise unnecessary breaking out that would need remediation work. The window and bottom of the window will simply be removed so that the louvre will simply slot into the opening width already formed.
