I would like your permission and support to work from home. I am a mobile car valet, detailer / paint correction and apply nano ceramic coating to cars. I have a van and advertise as being mobile however I would like the option of working from home. This would be pre booked and there would not be an increase in traffic on my street as I would work on one car at a time. One job and one car could take me as little as half a day or as long as a week. Ideally I would like to build a garage out the back of my garden so that any work is done undercover but occasionally I would like to use my private drive. This will be less than 50 % of the garden and measurements as legally specified which doesn't require planning permission as discussed with Bob Trimble " Surveyor/architect" We own or house and will be sympathetic and understanding of our neighbours working only during 8 am - 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8am to 1 pm. The majority of the work is done by hand " waxing said car" application of nano coating is by hand. There would be minimal noise. I will be using a pressure wash for a small amount of time ' 5 mins approx' as my work is done by hand, waxing vehicles. We have CCTV covering our drive and a customer would drop their car and leave immediately returning when the job is finished they will not be coming into our home.
