by reason of its cumulative impact and visible location would detract from
the purity of the structural form which would cause visual harm to the
architectural and historic significance of the Grade II listed building.
Therefore the proposal is not in accordance with the NPPF (2021) Chapter
16 Conserving and enhancing the historic environment, The London Plan
(March 2021) Policy HC1 Heritage, Conservation and Growth, Policies P19
Listed building and structures and Policy P21 Conservation of the historic
environment and natural heritage of The Southwark Plan 2022 and
Heritage SPD.

Insufficient information has been provided by the applicant to demonstrate
that the proposals would not harm the significance of the heritage asset or
that the telecommunications apparatus cannot be relocated in an
alternative location as required under paragraphs 199, 200 and 202 of the
NPPF. The proposal therefore is not in accordance with: NPPF 2021,
