vehicle swept path analysis and detailed plans relating to the donation of land for the provision of formal
parking to the curtilage of Camden House, would result in overspill car parking on the surrounding streets
to the detriment of the safe and efficient operation of the public highway and would be in contrary to Policy
37 of the Sutton Local Plan 2018.

Without evidence to the contrary, the application has failed to demonstrate that the proposal will
provide a satisfactory reduction in carbon emissions and water efficiency measures. As such, the proposal
would be contrary to Policy 5.2 of the London Plan 2016 and Policies 31 and 33 of the Sutton Local Plan
2018.
