Delegated decision: Refused · Emmanuel Agyei
Why it was refused
Reason
As stated on the decision notice
1
Due to its nature and proximity to the basement level amenity areas to the west, the proposed
development would adversely impact the occupiers of 10 Lind Road and 12 Lind Road in terms of
loss of light, outlook and sense of enclosure. The application would therefore be contrary to Policy
29 of the Sutton Local Plan 2018 and guidance set out in SPD4 'Design of Residential Extensions'.
