Byron Road and, without evidence to the contrary, also for occupiers of a first-floor
habitable room serving no. 48 Byron Road. This is to the detriment of continued
enjoyment of the dwellinghouse(s), is therefore considered harmful to residential
amenity and is contrary to the aims and objectives of of Policy 57 of the adopted
Waltham Forest Local Plan LP1 (2024).
