property, which would visual imbalance and disrupt of rhythm of the terrace
parade and streetscene, to the contrary of Policies D1 and D4 of the London Plan
(2021) and Policy 53 of the adopted Waltham Forest Local Plan LP1 (2024).

The proposal would result in substandard living environment for future
occupiers whereby the bedroom size, total gross internal area, ceiling height and
lack of outdoor amenity space would fail to meet the minimum requirements set
out by Technical Housing Standards – Nationally Described Space Standard,
Policies D4 of London Plan (2021), Policies 16, 48 and 56 of the adopted
Waltham Forest Local Plan LP1 (2024).
