maintain or improve (preserve or enhance) the character and appearance of the Belgravia Conservation
Area. This would not meet Policy 42, 44 and 45 of the City Plan 2019 - 2040 (January 2026) and the
advice set out in our Supplementary Planning Guidance: Repairs and Alterations to Listed Buildings.
