Committee decision: Approved
Why it was refused
Reason
As stated on the decision notice
1
All works to the highway ie the construction of the vehicular access will need to be undertaken
by the Council's Highway Services team. You should contact on the footway crossing helpdesk (020
8379 2211) as soon as possible so that the required works can be programmed.
The existing footway within the extent of the proposed site plan will need to be assessed for
damages during construction and after construction by Highway services.
It was observed by the Highway services that the early demolition phase may have caused
damage to the footway. It appears that there is a daily stream of HGV deliveries crossing the footway.
2
In aiming to satisfy the condition the applicant must seek the advice of the Metropolitan Police
Service Designing Out Crime Officers (DOCOs). The services of MPS DOCOs are available free of
charge and can be contacted via docomailbox.ne@met.police.uk or 0208 217 3813 (currently not
staffed)
3
Written schemes of investigation will need to be prepared and implemented by a suitably
qualified professionally accredited archaeological practice in accordance with Historic England's
Guidelines for Archaeological Projects in Greater London.
Next Steps:
1. If your conditions require the submission of further details, you can find the appropriate forms
and information at https://www.planningportal.co.uk/
2. There may be further consents to be obtained before progressing with your development.
Please consider checking your deeds for reference to covenants, bye-laws which may apply.
Please consider potential licensing requirements.
