Partial removal of low masonry wall facing Lee Road to create new pedestrian access, repair and re-pointing of remaining wall and gate posts, removal of rounded entrance staircase steps and replacement with rectilinear steps, amendments to ramp retaining wall with side of ramp overclad with bronze finished metal sheet, new bronze finished handrails, new retractable metal bollards, garden benches, planters and lighting, resurfacing of driveway and new gate and fence to side of main building.
