visual amenity of the streetscape. As such the application would conflict with policies Q2, Q5 & Q15 of the Lambeth
Local Plan 2020-2035 (2021).

The boundary treatment would exceed 900mm in height and the application fails to demonstrate that it
would not harm pedestrian and vehicular sightlines, visibility and safety. As such the application would fail to
comply with policies Q15 and T2 of the Lambeth Local Plan 2020 - 2035 (2021).
