and detract from the established pattern along the wider terrace resulting in less than substantial harm. In addition,
insufficient information has been submitted to demonstrate that the design of the existing windows would be
authentically reproduced. The proposal is therefore contrary to policies Q5, Q11 and Q22 of the Local Plan (2021)
and the Supplementary Planning Document on Lambeth Design Guide (2023) and fails to accord with paragraph
208 of the NPPF
