sectional drawings demonstrating the visibility of sash boxes and replication of slender joinery, result in a proposal
that does not respect the architectural integrity of the building or its setting. The omission of potential heritage
enhancements further undermines the scheme. As such, the proposal is contrary to Policies Q5, Q11, and Q22 of
the Local Plan (2021)
