Young Sycamore tree which has been growing actively over last few years. The tree is at the very back of the back garden of 41 Midhurst Avenue N10 3EP and is growing underneath and straight next to the back garden fence boundary with the back garden of the house number 49 Fortis Green Avenue. Residents of the 49 Fortis Green Avenue started complaining that the tree is ruining the back garden fence. A tree surgeon whom we consulted has confirmed that the tree has got roots very close to the surface and will proceed to grow very actively and will ruin the garden fence with its roots, trunk and branches and advised to cut down the tree completely. Hence we propose to cut down the tree as it's the only way to keep garden fence separation between the gardens of 41 Midhurst Avenue and 49 Fortis Green Avenue.
