The trees are at the rear and side of property of property. They are Ash trees. The tree at side of garden is shedding Branches and foliage on neighbouring carpark and is a danger to pedestrians and drivers. The tree needs to be reduced in size to minimise the risk. The tree at rear of garden is also shedding on to Pavement and adjoining property. This tree is also causing structural damage in its footprint. I need advice on how to proceed with this.

T5 Holly - Fell and remove stump. It is a very large mature specimen and exceptionally close to the property with roots encroaching beneath the boundary fence. Any decision to underpin the property would inevitably lead to the need to sever the roots, which in turn would destabilise the tree with risk of failure and possibility of the tree striking the property or a person (H&S risk).
