SG2 Mixed spp. group of mostly Ivy, Jasmine and Buddleia - situated at 62 Priory Gardens, London, N6 5QS - Remove (fell) all within 5.0m of the building to near ground level and treat stumps to inhibit regrowth. TG2 Mixed spp. group of mostly Apple, Hydrangea, Plum and Rose - situated at 60 Priory Gardens, London, N6 5QS - Remove (fell) all within 10.0m of the building to near ground level and treat stumps to inhibit regrowth. The tree works are proposed to stop the influence of the tree(s) on the soil below building foundation level and provide long term stability to 62 Priory Gardens, London, N6 5QS. Estimated costs of repair to the building are a minimum of £7,000 plus any required stabilisation costs which could make the repairs considerably higher if the influence of the tree(s) remain and £7,000 if the proposed tree works are allowed to proceed. Granting permission will limit these costs. In the event of a refusal we, or our clients, will seek to secure compensation for the additional costs incurred through Section 202(e). Should the tree/s remain the total cost of repairs will be the Superstructural repairs + Alternative method of repairs (Minimum) = £7,000 plus stabilisation costs. It is the expert opinion of both the case engineer and arboriculturalist that on the balance of probabilities the supporting information demonstrates the influence of the tree(s).

I would like to remove a conifer marked T1 on the sketch plan. The conifer is a former Christmas tree which took root from a former compost area. The conifer has a trunk diameter of 15cms. I have been advised by a tree surgeon that the conifer is a non native tree and that it is not appropriate in the setting of ancient woodland Queens Woods. In the last 3 years I have planted two magnolia felix trees and an acer palmatum. The area will therefore still have these 3 new trees and the original lime tree (with a TPO) and a cherry tree - all as marked on the sketch plan.
