T1 Ash Rear garden. Heavily leaning self seeded tree which is visibly damaging hard stand and is compressing against rear boundary 7 ft brick wall. Leaving towards the house with visible front roots system above ground. Fell to ground level and grind below ground level to prevent future risk of failure and damage to multiple properties.

Cherry tree next to fence in rear garden: As advised by arborist, we believe the tree sadly needs to be cut down. Our nextdoor neighbour has roots coming up in her garden close to her studio. She is concerned the roots will soon affect the structure of the studio. The roots have also been causing our patio slabs to stick up, causing our young children to trip over. Unfortunately, the tree must not have been kept small in its first few years, which has caused it to grow far too big for the small garden it is in. We tried having it pruned last year in the hope this would reduce the root issues but it has not had any effect. We plan to replace the tree with a smaller tree that we will keep potted to avoided the issue recurring.
