1 x Large Ash - This tree forks at approximately 4.5-5m from ground level, thereafter forming two main stems. The stem growing towards the south-west has a stress crack starting at approximately 1m from the point of origin, due to end weight loading. The works are being carried out for safety reasons as the tree overhangs 2 properties. Reduce the stem growing towards the south-west by 40% (approx. 6-7m). Reduce the rest of the tree’s crown by 33% (approx. 3-4m). Remove or reduce the low branches overhanging the neighbours gardens to give a clearance of 4-5m. Remove all major deadwood from the crown. 1 x Small dead Lime - This tree is dead. Reduce the entire tree down to a height of 50cm stump **ADDITIONAL WORKS** 1 x Small Ash Sapling – to be removed. UKPN has the right of way along that boundary towards the neighbouring property in the East known as Alford House. The live electricity cables run into the substation at Alford House, and the client is obliged to ensure no new trees grow along that boundary that might affect UKPN’s cables. I have attached pictures and the site plan with the addition of the Sapling.
